Out-of-court dispute resolution
In disputes between lawyers and their clients, an application for out-of-court dispute resolution may be made to the Freiburg Bar Association (section 73(2) no. 3 in conjunction with section 73(5) BRAO) or to the Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft (Conciliation Body of the Legal Profession) pursuant to section 191f BRAO.
